Quick Start Guide

1. License Activation

Your license is hardware‑locked for security. To obtain it:

  1. Open Command Prompt and run: wmic csproduct get UUID
  2. Copy the UUID and email it to arabiana2008@gmail.com.
  3. You'll receive a license file. Place it in C:\TWAS\license_zz.dat.

2. Configure AI & Engine

In Trados Studio, go to the ZZ Smart Checker settings. Select your preferred AI provider (Gemini, OpenAI, Azure, etc.), enter API keys, and choose between Fast Regex or Deep NLP mode for the local engine.

💡 Pro Tip: Use Ad Hoc Style Prompts to give project‑specific instructions (e.g., "Use formal UN Arabic" or "Address the reader in plural"). Load prompts from text files and save them for reuse.

3. Run QA & Fix Issues

After verifying your bilingual file, open the Smart QA Dashboard. Review detected errors, apply AI rewrites or manual edits, and click "Apply Valid Fixes". The changes are written back to your Trados project.

4. Grammar Assistant – Your Offline Library

Use the Grammar Assistant to search for any rule by topic, keyword, or even regex. The table of contents lets you browse, and the results pane opens detailed explanations with examples.
